Called in for a Sunday dinner. Excellent, tasty home cooked with a good selection of meats and vegetables. Staff very friendly and helpful. Compliments to the chef.

Always very friendly good food great service and good choices of beer

Called in as last minute evening meal with my wife, we had been told how good the food and staff are, we were not disappointed had braised steak and chips, the steak was very tender, the chips are home cooked not your usual ping one's, veg was fresh and cooked perfect, not too expensive either and the bill wasn't too much and well worth the money, staff very welcoming and friendly, we will be booking for Sunday lunch and calling again .

Can't fault the Brown Edge, went in strangers but welcomed like old friends. Food comes in generous servings basic but tasty. Dog friendly bar area. Will be calling again on weekend dog walks.

Our 1st visit here, really welcoming friendly staff. Lovely food, came promptly served hot and served appealingly. Really recommended. Vegetarian and alcohol free options available..Good value

I cant recommend this pub enough. Myself and my husband had our wedding reception there. Hannah and George really made our day very special with a prosecco welcome, and beautiful decorations. A wonderful hot and cold buffet. Bar staff were very attentive and professional. Wonderful atmosphere and everyone had a fantastic time. A very well deserved 5 stars from me!!

Had a great meal in The Brown Edge with my wife having a Sunday dinner and I had the chilli con carne pie special. It was delicious!

We have just finished eating our take out roast dinners a lamb & turkey one ( & there was plenty to eat in the takeout container & there were still hot when we got them home I will do a takeout roast again sometime we both enjoyed them x
